Women of the East Bay
Five years ago we opened the Extraordinary Women of the East Bay Exhibition.
Spanning more than three centuries of Rhode Island’s history, the exhibit
recognizes and celebrates women who have made a difference in their communities -
Barrington, Bristol, Jamestown, Little Compton, Middletown, Newport,
Portsmouth, Tiverton, and Warren.

MEET THE WOMEN
Please visit our database with brief stories of these sixty women
and others from all over Rhode Island.
